Cisco is opening a facility in Malta and has hired a former IT manager to run it. Ruben Azzopardi, former head of IT operations at Malta service provider GO will head up Cisco’s presence on the Mediterranean island, reports Business Today. Azzopardi has held various positions at GO, including leading software development teams, running IT operations and support, project management, system integration, designing datacenters and being responsible for ISP networks and services, reports Business Today.
