Bink.nu blogger offers tips for Vista user Account Control Security feature

User Account Control is a significant Vista security feature that let’s users “elevate” access privileges for certain applications. Blogger Bink.nu writes:

“However, I also encountered a number of shortcomings when trying to elevate some types of tasks in Windows Vista, and that became frustrating.”

 

Bink then goes on to build a bunch of fixes — dubbed PowerToys — around these shortcommings, and, of course, offers them for download.
