In my four recent talks on Office Communications Server 2007 one topic kept popping up, the use of unsupported voice gateways for OCS voice integration. I’ve had pretty good luck with using unsupported gateways. Not *all* of them, but I’d say 80-90% of the ones I’ve tried. Where it gets tricky is with VoIP services like their IP Flex offering. I’ve heard urban legends of it working from marketing folks on both sides but everyone clams up when I ask for a customer reference. Has anyone actually seen an OCS-VoIP service integration in the wild?
