More chatter that business is not so bright at Cisco: ValleyWag is reporting that Cisco has cut in half its mid-year bonuses, to be paid in March. According to ValleyWag, Cisco bonuses range between 4% to 60% of a worker’s salary. Last week, Om Malik reported in GigaOm that Cisco is looking to cut staffing levels in underperforming departments. At the beginning of the month, Cisco CEO John Chambers said the outlook for the next few quarters was “extremely challenging.”
