Piling on HP

What say we form our own posse and take a run at HP ourselves? I mean why should we be the only ones not on the case? According to this morning’s San Jose Mercury News: “HP is now facing five inquiries over the (boardroom) snooping scandal, from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, California attorney general, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and Federal Communications Commission.” Dad may have been right about that law school thing. The newspaper also makes note of the fact that HP CEO Mark Hurd is doing his best to stay out of the line of fire and has so managed to escape serious injury.
