This hasn’t been a good week for Bank of America – not that anyone need shed a tear.
First there was this report pegging the bank’s Web site reliability dead last among its peers for September and October.
Now comes a tale of a of BoA branch in San Francisco helping a customer who was the victim of a fraud by calling the cops and having him hauled off in handcuffs. And this one’s costing them more than just bad publicity.
