Mary Jo Foley reports that Microsoft is delivering free patches and tools to help customers prepare for the Daylight Saving Time change. Although some bloggers are saying it won’t be Y2K all over again, others are disappointed that it has take Microsoft so long to issue patches.
Microsoft has left us little time to prepare.
