TechCrunch is blogging that Microsoft is experimenting with a Digg-like feature called MSN Reporter (see post). Available to testers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Norway, the service allows users to submit links from anywhere on the Web and other users can vote the stories up and down, and leave comments. Will Microsoft succeed in displacing Digg?
