Fix for Black Box Around Cursor in XP in a VM

I had a weird problem when I ran Windows XP in a virtual machine under VMware and accessed it remotely using UltraVNC: A black box around the cursor. I searched the ‘Net and eventually found a solution — it seems that maximum hardware acceleration for video in the guest OS is incompatible in this setup.
