Sonic Foundry has begun shipping Vegas Video 4, the latest and greatest video editing package from the company. The new version includes enhanced effects, color correction tools, Dolby Digital AC-3 encoding, support for DVD burning (with Vegas+DVD) as well as takes advantage of Intel’s Hyper-Threading technology for quicker processing of effects. Vegas Video 4 is available on most Windows platforms with a starting price of $489.97.
