Peer-to-peer file-sharing network users beware: Verizon has lost another round in its fight against the Recording Industry Association of America. The RIAA is trying to force Verizon to turn over the names of account holders the RIAA believes are stealing music using such services as Kazaa and Morpheus. The RIAA’s argument is based on the much-maligned Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).
