Genesys Conferencing today added self-service videoconferencing to its line of conferencing services. Based on the same technology that runs its audio conferencing system, users can book conferences directly from their desktop and communicate with users of IP and ISDN-based endpoints, including those on third-party networks. No word on pricing.
