Microsoft is changing the default “Shop for Music Online” feature in Windows XP so that it pops up the default browser set by the user instead of disregarding the setting and opening Internet Explorer with the Windows Media home page displayed. The “feature” had been a bone of contention between Microsoft and the Justice Department during the anti-trust wrangling.
