Savvis announced this week at NAB that it is launching expanded CDN services such as content delivery, streaming media production and delivery, traffic management and global load balancing. Customers also get to take advantage of the WAM!NET media asset management services platform. The CDN services are fruits from Savvis’ acqusition of assets from Cable & Wireless. As part of the CDN services announcement, Savvis also says it will be working with HP to integrate HP’s Digital Media Platform into the Savvis network.
