Keynote Systems is reporting that the level of reliability and quality for the major streaming media news services (ABCNEWS, BBC News, CBC News, CBSNEWS, CNN, MSNBC and FOXNews) has reached new highs. All seven sites recorded scores of 98% reliability or better and achieved an A+ (with the exception of BBC) for StreamQ, which measures overall stream quality using metrics like connect, buffer and rebuffer times.
