A new version of ICQ is available from AOL that features push-to-talk instant voice conferencing, peer-to-peer asynchronous chat and improved video. Version 5 users can voice chat with one another free of charge. No word on how the voice over IP feature deals with firewalls. Download ICQ 5 here.
