Wouldn’t Penn have been the more appropriate Ivy League school at which to launch the Microsoft Center for Research on Pen-Centric Computing? Well, maybe not. Seems Brown University has been researching the subject for more than a decade.
Microsoft this week said it will plunk down $1.2 million over three years to help Brown researchers go even further in this area, where Microsoft is a player with its products for tablets and other handheld devices. Read more here.
