You knew the lawyers would have a field day when Apple released a software update for the iPod Nano and video iPod that helps set limits on how loud the volume can be turned up. Lawyers who are currently trying to get a class-action suit against Apple that claims iPod’s cause hearing loss say this latest update proves their case and does not go far enough, since the software update does not cover older models of the popular music players. Um, all it proves is that the plaintiffs are too ignorant to know how to use the VOLUME CONTROL that comes with the device.
