Cisco Chairman John Morgridge and his wife Tashia are giving back to their alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, Madison, to the tune of $50 million. The money, no doubt the result of some of your router purchases over the years, will go toward establishing a huge biomedical research facility. Read more here.

According to this story on age limits for board members at Cisco, Morgridge might not be long for the company.
