Bhanu Singh is an accomplished and decisive leader in the software technology industry with extensive experience in product strategy, disruptive innovation and delivery to grow market share, revenue, and improve customer experience. Expert in large-scale global engineering management, software development life-cycle, operational process optimization, transformation projects, global talent development and customer engagement.
Currently Bhanu leads OpsRamp Product Development and Cloud Operations in San Jose, Calif. He is responsible for Innovation, Cloud Operations and Customer success while helping the organization to scale and grow at the start-up pace.
Prior to joining OpsRamp in November 2017, Bhanu spend many years leading engineering organization for Digital Service Mgmt. organization at BMC software. He was responsible of setting and executing product strategy and Innovation. He led BMC’s Remedy platform and ITSM transformation to cloud native architecture and help BMC transition its service management and CMDB solution from on-premise to SaaS. He was instrumental in expanding the BMC’s ITSM solution to cloud, social and mobile. He also drove the development and delivery of RemedyForce, a SMB ITSM solution built exclusively on Force.com platform.
Bhanu holds a bachelor and master’s degree in computer science.
