    Matt Larson is the CTO of Dyn, a cloud-based Internet Performance company that helps companies monitor, control, and optimize online infrastructure for an exceptional end-user experience. An active participant in the DNS community, he has contributed to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), served as chairman of the board of the DNS Operations, Analysis and Research Center (DNS OARC), served as vice-chair of ICANN’s Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC), and been a member of ICANN’s Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC).

    He is also a published author, having co-written DNS on Windows Server 2003, DNS on Windows 2000 and DNS on Windows NT for the O’Reilly & Associates Nutshell Handbooks series with Cricket Liu. He also collaborates with Liu on the popular Ask Mr. DNS podcast.
