Next Week: Two More Webinars

I’ve got two more Webinars coming up next week, one on Bonjour in the enterprise and the other covering advances in enterprise-class Wi-Fi assurance systems.

I’ve always found that Webinars are among the most effective ways to communicate, and I’m pleased to have the opportunity to participate in two more next week. On Tuesday, 23 October, at 10:00 AM eastern time (we’re doing this one early to accommodate participants in Europe), I’m speaking in a Webinar on advances in Wi-Fi, CoIT, BYOD, and especially the adoption of Apple’s Bonjour service discovery protocol in the enterprise. This is becoming a very hot topic given the proliferation of Apple products in BYOD settings, and this Webinar features Dan Dulac from Enterasys discussing that company’s solutions here.

The second is on Thursday, 25 October, at 2:00 PM eastern time, and this one is on advances in enterprise-class WLAN assurance systems. I’m going to be interviewing Greg Rayburn of Fluke Networks and looking at many of the functions of AirMagnet Enterprise, including the latest release of the software and their new sensor. I’m a long-time user of AirMagnet Enterprise and I think you’ll find this an interesting and instructive discussion of the opportunities and possibilities here.

Registration for both is free, and I hope you can join us.
