Stumble across a video called “Dumb Ways to Die” on YouTube and normally you’d expect it to be full of gore and Darwinian wisecracks. Not this time.
Australian transit officials and their advertising agency, McCann Melbourne, have launched a safety campaign centered around this animated video and its catchy little ditty. (Don’t watch if you’re susceptible to earworms.)
