Some days, we feel sorry for the Windows Server developers for living in the shadow of Windows 7. Windows Server 2008 R2 will be available on the same day as Windows 7. This is smart on Microsoft’s part given how closely linked the two operating systems are. Final code of the server will be released to manufacturers in mid to late July.
