With the resignation announced Thursday of CEO Michael F. Snyder, broadband telephone service provider Vonage is putting its future back into the hands of Jeffrey A. Citron, who headed the company from 2001 until last year. Citron was introduced Thursday as the embattled company’s interim CEO.
