Microsoft hosted quite an extravagant “afterparty” to the UC launch event. However, everyone knows you don’t go to the “official” afterparty! The unofficial party was an exclusive wine and gourmet food event at [url=http://www.butterflywineevents.com/]Butterfly[/url] on the Embarcadero. I’ve been asked not to name names on who skipped the official event to come party here, but I will say included a good number of heavy hitters from both Microsoft and various valley heavy hitters Google, Facebook, Oracle (flew into san carlos airport just for this event) and others.
Gee, I wonder why certain Facebook employees might be here celebrating with Microsoft? Here’s a hint, it has nothing to do with UC… or does it? See my next post for more info…
