It’s been my pleasure over the years to meet many Internet pioneers. I expected them all to be smart, but I didn’t expect them all to be so humble about their accomplishments.
Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but every pioneer I’ve spoken with recognizes they provided a small part of a large project. They know they stood on the shoulders of those before them.
Wouldn’t it be nice if some companies took themselves less seriously but took product quality more seriously?
