TeleSuite is embracing the soon-to-be-ratified H.264 video standard in its new Managed Video Array (MVA) offering. TeleSuite basically builds a massive room-based system that can allow groups of 20 people to have a face to face videoconference with life-like video quality. The company installs the room software, including some IMAX-like video screens, and runs a private IP network to connect the various endpoints. Most of the company’s customers use the software for internal communications, which helps low travel costs. The new MVA offering includes an advanced camera capable of 1.23 million pixels of resolution.
