The Apdex (application performance index) methodology provides a key performance indicator (KPI) for each layer of a successful SLM approach.
Apdex is a numerical measure of user satisfaction with application performance. The standard converts many measurements into a single, easily understood number on a zero-to-one performance scale. In the webinar, Peter will describe how Apdex works, and will draw on examples from the Apdex community to explain how implementing the standard leads to better service level management.
