Google releases second way to find out if Gmail is down

You can check your Gmail account to find out if the service is up or not – as so many did recently – or you can take a look at a new dashboard for Google Apps. IDG News Service writes: “The Google Apps Status Dashboard shows a list of applications such as Gmail, Video and Docs and a green check if the service is up, according to the company’s enterprise blog.” It’s also available via RSS.
