Found a job on CareerBuilder this morning and applied for it. Checked Dice and Craigslist – nothing new there. Checked later in the day, no new listings.
Heard from another recruiter pitching an IT position. Made an appointment to see the recruiter Friday afternoon.
Two days ago, I got a letter telling me that a second letter containing important COBRA information would be arriving in 4-6 weeks. The second letter arrived today. The quoted insurance rates were much higher than I was expecting. Should have a permanent policy in place within a few days.
