Q: How can I start an embedded QuickTime movie at some arbitrary place in the movie given that I know the timestamp for the place I want to start at?
A: You can use JavaScript commands to control the QuickTime player from inside the Web page where you embedded the movie.

* Keeping voice and data from interfering on Cat 5

Q: I would like to know if there are issues using pairs 4/5 and 7/8 to transmit voice over a Cat 5 cable while it is transmitting data through other pairs (1/2 and 3/6). Is it operational and recommended?
A: You raise a very good point. On an analog phone or modem line, you can but I wouldn’t recommend it. While you are not taking away from the active pairs 1/2 and 3/6, you are taking away from the wire pairs used for providing some shielding functionality to the active wire pairs.
