Sling Media, which makes the awesome Slingbox device, today released its SlingPlayer Mobile software for owners of the device. The new software package lets Slingbox owners watch and control their home TV from any network-enabled mobile phone or Windows Mobile-enabled PDA.

Seagate launches 750GB external drive

Seagate Technology today announced a three-quarter Terabyte external hard drive – the 750GB Pushbutton Back-up Hard Drive is the latest version of its external drives, offering consumers a chance to store their entire digital content libraries on one device. The $559 device will be available next month, Seagate says.
