Experts discuss the next generation VoIP

Some organizations may just now be thinking about trying out VoIP in their environments but at last week’s VON Fall show, experts were already talking about the next generation VoIP that allows for more applications and greater integration. Also last week, 65 start-ups at DemoFall launched the products that the show organizers believe will make an impact in the industry over the coming years.

One VoIP-related project that is helping Katrina victims right now is contactlovedones.org. The project involves a free voicemail system set up to help displaced New Orleanians receive voicemails from concerned friends and family.
