You know him as more than a Cisco field engineer. He conducts advanced training for engineers across North America and Europe and regularly speaks at industry conferences such as VON, CeBIT, N+I, and Networkers.
He writes: “When I am not translating the CCIE training series into to Klingon, I sit behind the console, work until 3am, get woke up in the middle of the night, paid speeding tickets like a teenager eats Tic Tacs and have been burnt by many vendor promises to networking nirvana. I could not love a job more then I do this one!!!!”
