Borys says: “I’ve been employed in County government IT for 9 years. My chief responsibilities are network management, security, and remote network access for our 400 Cisco device internetwork. My experience in network administration has included deployment and administration of the following systems: Windows client-server networks; routing and switching, CiscoWorks LMS; Cisco Secure ACS; Solar Winds; PIX and Checkpoint firewalls; remote access via dial-in, frame-relay, and VPN. For the last several years I have managed Monmouth County’s maintenance contracts for all our Cisco assets, and I am the lead technical contact to our network consultants and the Cisco TAC.”
Robert currently holds the CCNA certification and is reparing for the CCNP/CCDP routing and switching exams. He says: “My goal is to use skills gained through training to take on greater responsibility for new projects within our organization.”
