Reader’s email on Full Disk Encryption prompts testing by me to look for answers
I received an email last night from a friend in France, his company made them install Full Disk Encryption on to all laptops and also software on cellular phones. See the email below,

Lars by brother how is things in our province of the Americas? Problems have me in a pitter with this new (redacted) Encryptions Software that our company had us install. First I had to do my cellular and that did not go well, I lost my preferences and contacts, thank god and the queen I could sync it with my computer. Then things got worse my friend, I installed the package I was given. The computer froze, stalled and what every else you could think of. Then during the encryption process it just stopped, it has been stopped for over 4 hours and has not moved. They told me not to restart my computer just wait. Are all of the companies you know a POS just like this company is?
I am hoping you might have a few resources that could help me or you could give me some advice on my issue. We have many people having problems and have stopped the install company wide. Besides (redacted) software who would you recommend?

After this email I have decided to send an email to most of the major players asking for evaluation copies of the software to test. My company is already a Guardianedge Partner so we will not be testing them but at the end of our article. It would not be fair but I will allow them to respond to the questions and I will give my opinion on what I like and dislike about the product. I will also send out a list of questions just like I did with our Security Switch Vendor Story, this will allow all vendor to answer the questions how they see fit.
I would like to hear from our readers, what product are you using? How did the install go? Have you had any problems? Did it go really bad and you lost your hard drive?
