Android: One small step for man . . .

Now that the news is out that the first Android phone will debut

Sept. 23, Frank Dickson, co-founder and chief research officer at Multimedia Intelligence, took time to explain what it all means to phone-carrying consumers. The upshot: It’s not on the order of the moon landing, but it’s close.
