It’s one thing having telepresence making it seem that the people you’re in a meeting with are sitting opposite you but what Cisco CEO John Chambers demonstrated on stage is rather creepy. Take a look at this video of Chambers on stage speaking with a life-size ‘hologram’ of Marthin De Beer, head of Cisco’s emerging technologies unit as they both stood ‘face-to-face’.
