Verizon Business offering Cisco unified communications as a managed service

Verizon Business is offering a managed unified communications service based on Cisco’s Unified

Communications Manager 6.1. The service is available immediately to customers in the United States and many European countries, and a launch is planned in the Asia-Pacific region early next year, according to Verizon Business. It also claims to be the first U.S. service provider to offer the Cisco UC platform to customers around the world.
