On Sept. 17 a European Union court will rule on Microsoft anti-trust case

Reuters reports that the European Union’s second highest court is expected to issue a ruling on Sept. 17 over if the European Commission’s 2004 finding that Microsoft violated antitrust laws was right.

The report says:

The ruling is expected to clarify whether the European Commission can continue to pursue the case, or whether it must pull back and permit Microsoft to continue its business practices.
