Do you use Google Calendar for corporate calendaring?

While away to the US’s European oblast earlier this week, I came across this news about the ability of Google Calendar to leak, and make globally public, details of
From the article, “It’s not clear what gets discussed during McKinsey & Co.’s weekly internal communication meeting, but the dial-in number and passcode for the event can be easily found by searching with Google.”
How niiice is that?
Can you imagine if sensitive-enough information is divulged – using the Search Google Calendar feature announced late last year – that it moves the stock price of a company?
Or, imagine the financial fallout if the agenda of confidential M&A meetings are found that allow criminal manipulation of stock prices?
I cannot either see why companies such as McKinsey and JPMorgan Chase would use such a program for their calendaring needs when Microsoft Exchange, with Outlook is available, or allow the use in their enterprise, even by renegade divisions/users!
