Those that paid for the top end Vista Ultimate with dreams of the fancy extras that would come should be disappointed.
“Ultimate Extras” launched to a lot of fanfare, but has produced so little that Microsoft finally put up an apology message basically saying, sorry, no extras today.

According to Goffe, Microsoft has delivered more than a dozen “extras,” including Windows Hold’Em, Secure Online Key Backup, and the Windows BitLocker Drive Preparation Tool. Oh, and don’t forget the 16 Language Packs!
Nearly all of these add-ons were launched in the first weeks of Vista’s retail life, and the company has also released a beta of DreamScene (which humorously was cracked to run on Windows XP). According to Goffe, DreamScene will be finished this summer, along with 20 other language packs and two more “extras” which will be detailed at a later date.
