People have been talking about Vista’s shortcomings ever since it was released – heck, before it was released – but today the widely reported news is that the head of PC manufacturer Acer came out and said “the whole industry is disappointed with Windows Vista.” Gianfranco Lanci went on to say that never before had a new version of Windows done so little to boost PC sales.
