When the ATM doesn’t work, all the pens are out of ink, or the teller won’t stop gabbing with a customer she knows … those kind of things can mar a visit to the bank. Same thing with online banking.

That trip to the bank has been a bit more than marred.
“You see someone running by all the time,” says Petra Rhodes, the inconvenienced bank customer. “But then you see a gun and a cop shooting. … It was kind of like watching a movie.”
And we all know that nothing mars a movie like a cops-and-robbers shootout.
