Yes, if you believe you believe a Texas startup called EEStor and its backers, which include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, best known for having bankrolled Google and Amazon. If they’re right — there’s no product yet — it will change the transportation world as we know it. Not everyone is buying the hype, however, as you can read in this Associated Press account.
