Some time ago, Microsoft acquired sysinternals.com and wininternals.com which were websites dedicated to providing excellent admin tools and securitity utilities for managing windows networks.
You can now find these tools at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/
There are a huge amount of tools here that network administrators do a far better job and far easier.
