IBM to help companies squeeze more out of R&D

Network World Senior Editor Ann Bednarz writes that “IBM is set to launch new consulting services aimed at helping companies get the most from their R&D operations… IBM will analyze companies’ R&D operations, create streamlined business processes designed to shorten product development lifecycles, and create R&D roadmaps.”

IBM research shows that companies increasingly are looking outside of R&D for fresh ideas and IBM is looking to help them reverse that trend. More here.
