Popular Web aggregator Digg is now featuring videos on the site as part of its 3.0 beta launch. (To view the site, you need to be logged in as a member). There are only three pages worth of videos on the site currently, mostly from YouTube and Google Video.
Video is just one piece of Digg’s expansion into other areas, which include science, world & business, entertainment and gaming. Will be interesting to see if the video submissions and front page posts are more technical (doubt it) or the standard viral videos that make the rounds on the ‘Net (more likely). Speaking of viral video and YouTube: ESPN’s Bill Simmons has a great column on his top YouTube videos of all time.
