Nothing can kill an eBay business faster than negative user feedback. And, according to this story in the San Jose Mercury News, nothing can be more difficult than getting negative user feedback removed from you eBay account … even when it’s false … even when the user who posted it asks that it be removed … even when you prevail in small claims court … even when you sue eBay. … There is a somewhat happy ending, however.
